When I began rebuilding this site, it became clear I needed to re-record many of the complimentary videos I've created over the past two decades.

The knowledge I've gained paired with the LifeSmarts wisdom I've earned via my lived experiences during this time needed to be added to each one to best serve those who view and hopefully receive value from them. Instead of leaving the older versions up, I chose to remove them all during this rebuilding time.

 

I've chosen to call them LearnCasts to differentiate from podcasts that are often more about current events and topics, as I humbly believe the messages and content are a timeless resource to revisit whenever a  re-minder may be needed.  

These are not intended to be "one and done" Mindset and Skillset learning sessions - I consider them as sowing seeds of new awareness and evolving perspectives. I'm also developing a series of online interactive LearnCast multi-session workshops that go deeper into all of these areas that will be part of an online membership learning community I'm in the process of creating.
